Refund Policy

When you get money back, how much, and how fast. The rules we actually apply.

01Free trial first

Every new server starts with 3 days free and no card. If it is not for you, let it expire and nothing is charged. Most refund questions never come up because of this.

02Within 48 hours of first payment

Full refund, no questions, for the first payment on a new server. Ask from Billing or email billing@plex.gg. Processed within 5 business days.

03After 48 hours

Subscriptions are not refunded for the current period. Cancel at any time and the server runs until the period ends. Unused time on an annual plan is refunded pro rata if you cancel in the first 30 days.

04Upgrades and downgrades

Upgrades are charged pro rata and are not refundable separately. Downgrades apply at the next renewal; the difference is not refunded mid-period.

05Our fault

If your server was down beyond the SLA, you get credits automatically. If a problem on our side made the service unusable for more than 24 hours, ask and we refund the affected period in full, regardless of how long you have been a customer.

06Suspensions

Servers suspended for breaking the Terms of Service are not refunded.

07Chargebacks

Please talk to us first. A chargeback filed without contacting us suspends the account until it is resolved.
